Welcome to the InterX Therapy Training Center website. By accessing or purchasing our products, including the InterX Essentials Course, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Use

1. Eligibility:
   To use this website and purchase our courses, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
2. Content Ownership:
   All content, including videos, written materials, and images on this site, is the intellectual property of InterX Therapy Center. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.
3. Course Access:
   Upon purchase, you will receive access to the InterX Essentials Course for one year. Access is limited to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction with our InterX Therapy Training Course(s). However, due to the nature of online courses and digital content, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund Requests:
   Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds:
   To qualify for a refund:
• You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
• A valid reason for dissatisfaction with the course must be provided.
3. Ineligible Refunds:
   Refunds will not be granted if:
• The refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
• More than 25% of the course content has been completed.
• The issue is due to technical difficulties on your end without evidence of prior attempts to contact support.
•  Email support@interxtherapycenter to request a refund with a valid reason - honesty is encouraged. 
4. Refund Process:
   Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
